The fine print...

• *Add $95/week or $20/day for each additional person.
• Daily rates are based on three-day minimum. For a two-day stay, add 20%.
• The Spring/Fall discount rate is available prior to June 7 and after August 16
• To avoid additional half-day charges...
  • check-in is after 3 PM Saturday
  • check-out is before 9 AM Saturday
• We reserve the right to charge for daytime guests
• Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately. If we can secure another rental for your entire reservation, we will refund your deposit minus 10% handling fees.
• Kitchen and personal towels are not provided.
• As a courtesy to our guests, no pets, firearms, BB guns, fireworks, slingshots, Jet Skis, etc. are allowed.
